Gadsden County Florida is located to the Northwest of Leon County, Florida and is a bedroom community of the Tallahassee real estate market. Home values are much lower than you will find in Tallahassee, thus creating an environment that allows for a lot of home for the money.
I was recently asked to give a quick synopsis of the Gadsden County real estate market and provide some advice for anybody who needed to sell a home in Havana, Florida or Quincy, Florida.
The first thing I did was create a Gadsden County Real Estate Market Inventory Analysis to determine what kind of supply and demand information that I could ascertain. The following report shows months of supply of homes across all price ranges and demonstrates that Gadsden County has a ton of available supply.
You can click here for Download the Free Gadsden County Real Estate Market Report.
Next, I took a look at historical sales and was able to create this next graph:
As we can see, sales in Gadsden County have cooled to less than 30 per month. With nearly 16 months of supply, I would think that only the serious home sellers will sell their homes in Gadsden County. The not-so-serious sellers should consider removing their homes from the market.
