The Tallahassee Real Estate Market Report for the Month of November, 2008 has been posted. Each of the 18 colorful real estate graphs has been updated to reflect the November closings and as reported yesterday, we saw continued declines in the year over year results for the Tallahassee housing market.
November home sales were down 28% from the previous year, which is pretty much what we have seen each month this year. I suspect that we will see a break-out sometime next year, as the monthly targets will be very low from this year. There are plenty of good reports to view in today’s blog, and I am particularly curious about the new construction numbers. The permits versus sales report has quite a bit to offer.
